  • As I finish this masterpiece of a documentary for the second time, here are 10 things I ponder/remain on my mind
1)<<<<<<<<< this photo, more specifically his resurgence as a "black man" after being outcast from the illuminati. I really really gotta find that rap video. Did you SEE that shit????? 2)How was Kato never suspected as an accomplice? Maybe they just saw he was super stupid and let him be? Let that have been Kalif Kalin. He'd of been pegged as 'the getaway driver'. 3)Every cop interviewed still denying police brutality or racist cops on the LAPD was ever an actual thing, 20 years later.
4)Those same cops that turned a blind eye to his savage beatings of Nicole are liable and played a part in this whole mess, directly and inadvertently.
5)How casual and nonchalantly racist all his rich old white guy buddies were. It was almost comical. Almost.
6) AC is definitely on that booger sugar. I know a coke head when I see one especially the mid 40 year old gold chain wearing type.
7)Can't blame the jury. The prosecution was awful, the defense was masterful. This is fact. Was he guilty as sin? Absolutely. Did they prove that beyond a reasonable doubt? Fuck no.

8)People really thought black folk cared about "OJ" the person. Nah man. He was a symbol for something much greater. That's what was celebrated. That dude wasnt no hero in MY hood. He just beat the system, shit like that was rare. Still is.
9) The fact he said he got more ass AFTER he was acquitted of murder and was a known abuser, because "they love a bad boy". Disgusting yes. And yet somehow that makes total sense.
10) if you don't understand how he got off, when they literally break it down step by step, show you all the seeds of hate and mistrust planted years before all this, then you just don't WANT to get it. Yes it was a miscarriage of justice, but that happens every day B... mostly to people that look like me. And they showed that over and over and over again. What's changed?

  • I love this advice right here. Ive had people say little slick shit like this to me my whole career, as recently as a few weeks ago. I used to fly off the handle at stuff like that, but now I just smile and nod and make a mental note that they got that hate in their blood. So to everyone out there chasing something, keep working while they keep watching. To paraphrase that famous quote about acting, there are no small dreams, only small people. .
